Park It & Get Fit Official Rules

Now- September 19, 2009

 

 

1. Each team, organization or business will designate a “Cool Captain” who will be in charge of making sure the rules are followed.  The Cool Captain will also be the contact person for Park It officials. 

 

2. Individuals are only eligible to register for the drawing if they “Park It”- which means if they walk, bike, take the AMCAT bus, or carpool (two or more people in the car).  The Cool Captain will be the official ruler on this.  Suggestions for how to regulate this:

  1. Ask individuals to check in with the Cool Captain if they “Park It” (on the honor system)
  2. In addition, the Cool Captain & Team Members could be watching for others who “Park It” and give cool chance to everyone he/she observes.

 3. Individuals can register once per location for every day they “Park it”.

 4. “Park It” officials will drop off: Official Rules, Cool Chances and “Park It” Window Sign. 

Cool Captains will: 

  1.  Collect cool chances Now through September 19. 
  2.  Drop off cool chances/entries to A.C.E.S. Booth at RE-fest, Saturday, September 19 or before September 19 @ Rydjor Bike Shop.   
  3. Drawing is Saturday, September 19 at 3:00pm @ A.C.E.S. RE-fest Booth.
