How to Join or Renew Membership in our “Friends of Ukraine” Affiliate
** You can become a member of Friends of Ukraine, without paying dues of $15 per year, simply by applying to join at http://ukraina.ning.com/ -- which is open to anyone FREE of charge for a three-month trial -- or much longer...
- if you are considering joining the Peace Corps,
- if you are already a Peace Corps trainee or Peace Corps Volunteer (PCV),
- if you are a Returned PCV (RPCV) in your first-year after Close of Service (COS)
- if you are a Ukrainian or American involved in any US-Ukrainian exchange program
- if you are proposing or participating in any Friends of Ukraine project or are donating to such.
If you do not fall into any of the above five categories qualifying for free membership, then after two months of a three-month free trial inside http://ukraina.ning.com/, you would be asked to pay $15 in dues by one of the methods described below. If you do not reply to that e-mailed request within a month, you will be removed from http://ukraina.ning.com/ as y/our Friends of Ukraine network-for-members-only. If you later do pay your dues of $15 or more by one of the methods below, please then request reinstatement of your membership inside http://ukraina.ning.com/ and update your profile there to show that you are then a dues-paying member. Obviously, there is less administrative expense to Friends of Ukraine, if you pay your dues at the outset. Also, by paying such dues sooner rather than later, you won't risk your forum comments or uploaded photos, videos, etc. being deleted within Friends of Ukraine, since such items are not restored automatically when you are reinstated.

* To join or renew your membership online, go to:
http://www.peacecorpsconnect.org/ and follow the 3 steps below.
1. Click on "join/renew," and be sure to specify “Friends of Ukraine” as your "affiliate group."
2. Select NPCA in "shopping cart;" then add “Friends of Ukraine” (plus any other US affiliates you may wish to join).
Note: You MUST add NPCA to the “shopping cart” initially, EVEN if you do not plan to actually join NPCA. If you wish to only join FofU, you will remove NPCA in Step 3 below.
3. BEFORE you provide credit card info, you can REMOVE ITEM(s) to pay:
- Only $15 for “Friends Of Ukraine”,
- Or $50 for NPCA dues as well,
- Or $65 to include a 2nd affiliate.

* Alternatively, simply mail a $15, $50 or $65 check (or double to include your spouse as member) to:

Make your check payable to "NPCA," and be sure to specify "Friends of Ukraine" for $15.
